CHECK-IN

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the entrance of Hostal Alegre.

Please confirm your estimated arrival time and contact us via WhatsApp or call +34 681 113 060.

For check-ins after 5:00 PM, you will need to check in at Hotel Villa Flamenca at Calle Andalucía, nº 1 (just a 5-minute walk from the hostal).

For arrivals between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, please contact us in advance at +34 681 113 060 for check-in instructions.

Spanish law requires a national ID card or passport for all guests 16 years or older.

PAYMENT

Payment for your reservation will be made at check-in.

Cash payments are not accepted. Please pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out on your last day is from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM at our sister hotel, Villa Flamenca Hotel, where you will need to return the keys to your room/apartment/studio.

At check-out, we will refund the deposit for the pool towels if they were collected at check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- 48 hours notice for bookings up to 14 nights

- 2 months notice for 14 nights and over

- To secure a room and to provide security in case of late cancellations, we require your credit card details

- If the reservation is cancelled within the periods, the hostal will charge the full amount of the booking.
